Meeting between the Rosselkhoznadzor and Maersk, the Tradelens digital platform developer , was held on November 5. The system ensures traceability of containers during the international transportation of goods by sea, and is implemented in a number of countries.

During the negotiations, the work of the Tradelens system was demonstrated. It displays all the accompanying documents for goods, as well as information about all stages of cargo movement. The Rosselkhoznadzor Representatives  got interested in the possibility of using this platform to obtain accurate information about products coming from abroad.

In addition, the  Service staff members reported the necessity to register temperature during the transportation of goods not only from abroad, but also within the country. The Tradelens developers marked that the system envisages registration of such information, so they are ready to share  information and to exchange relative experience with the Rosselkhoznadzor.
