Taking into account the stabilization of the epizootic/epidemic situation on the new influenza virus H1N1 in Utah and New York states of the USA, on July15, 2009 these states are transferred from the second risk group to the third. As a result, the following products are allowed to be imported from the given states to the Russian Federation:
- from New York – meat from all animal species produced before April 21 and after May 21, 2009; pork and pork products, as well as live pigs produced before April 21 and after July 15, 2009;
- from Utah – pork and non-heat treated pork products, as well as live pigs produced before June, 4 and after July 15, 2009.
At the same time Wisconsin is transferred from the first risk group to the second, and as a result meat from all animal species produced before May 8 and July 15, 2009 excluding pork and pork products, and live pigs produced after May 8, 2009 is allowed to be imported from the given state to the Russian Federation.
